Directors Ira Fish and Susan Rynar work year round to staff, program, and orchestrate our camper’s "JEFF LAKE" experience. Jill Arzonico, Camp Administrator, joins Ira and Sue in making Jeff Lake a full time commitment.

Staff is the most important ingredient to our success. Two hundred and seventy-five creative, spirited, and sensitive staff members have a common goal: making JLC an environment where every child succeeds. Our Jeff Lake staff understands that encouragement and accomplishment are closely linked to your child’s growth. Seventy-five percent of our staff returns to carry on the JLC tradition. At least two counselors (more in younger groups) supervise each group of campers throughout the day. Overall, there is one counselor for every four campers.
