Jeff Lake is nestled in a valley between beautiful mountains and a 50-acre lake…a perfect setting to experience the wonders of nature and the environment. At fishing, our campers learn to appreciate how important it is to carefully return the fish we catch to their natural habitat. The catch of the day is often a bass, pickerel or a sunny. Our Nature program explores plants and animals, native to our camp environment, as well as hands on nature projects such as rockets and bird- houses. In our own animal farm, campers learn to feel comfortable caring for animals such as rabbits and our beloved camp goat. Our senior campers take advantage of miles of mountain biking trails under the supervision of our biking staff. Biking or hiking to our waterfalls is a memorable experience! Group cookouts and overnights offer additional opportunities for our campers to appreciate the wonders of the outdoors.
